FERNANDA QUEIROZ

Founding Partner of Triê with over 20 years of experience in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Former partner at Queiroz Advogados, a law firm specializing in advising startups and scale-ups. Prior to founding Queiroz Advogados, she was a senior associate at TozziniFreire Advogados, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and an associate at Greenberg Traurig LLP, a renowned U.S. law firm. Fernanda has a Master of Laws degree from Duke University, a Postgraduate degree in corporate law from Insper, and Bachelor of Laws degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Certified by the Skills for the Green Transition course at the University of Cambridge.

Founding Partner of Triê, with over 10 years of experience in social and diversity matters, social impact projects and the third sector. Former project coordinator at Fundação Brava and institutional manager at ARCAH. Over 20 years of experience in corporate law (corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions). Fernanda has a Postgraduate degree in business from the London School of Business and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

GUSTAVO PINHEIRO

Founding Partner of Triê with over 25 years of experience in climate change, environment matters, human rights, and finance. Senior associate at the global think tank on climate diplomacy E3G and Board Member at Amaz, Climate Ventures, Bratus Natural Capital, FSEG, and GFANZ. Former officer of government relations at The Nature Conservancy, program officer at iCS, and program manager at ISA. Consultant for UNESCO and the IDB. Columnist at Um Só Planeta. Gustavo has a Specialist degree in environmental asset assessment from UNB/CSF/IEB and a Public Administrator degree from EAESP/FGV.

JULIANA LACRETA

Founding Partner of Triê with over 20 years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Former partner at Cescon Barrieu, a leading corporate law firm in Brazil, associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, consistently ranked as the top law firm in the United States, and lawyer at ANBIMA (Brazilian self-regulatory entity for financial and capital markets). Juliana has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Postgraduate degree in financial and capital markets from Insper and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo; and holds a business certificate from The Wharton School of Business. Admitted to practice law in Brazil and New York.

ANIBAL WADIH

Founding Partner of GEF Capital Partners and co-head of the Latin America investment practice. He is based in São Paulo, Brazil, where he focuses on middle-market growth equity opportunities in South America. He joined Global Environment Fund in 2014 as a Managing Director.  While at Global Environment Fund, he led an investment in AGV.

Prior to joining Global Environment Fund, Mr. Wadih worked at Canepa Management, where he was responsible for direct investments and business development throughout Latin America.  Before joining Canepa Management, Mr. Wadih was a Managing Director with Macquarie Capital, where he led a private capital merchant banking team investing in Latin America with a focus on the infrastructure and agribusiness sectors. While at Macquarie, he participated in a wide range of private equity transactions as well as the development of private equity and mezzanine fund platforms for the region. Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Wadih served as a senior member of the M&A group with Deutsche Bank in Latin America, focusing on financial sponsors.

Mr. Wadih currently serves on the board of directors of ProSolus, HCC Solar, Clean Medical, GR and UCB.

He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Universidad Simón Bolívar (Venezuela), a Master’s in Finance degree from IESA (Venezuela), and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

ELIZABETE LEITE SCHEIBMAYR

Founding Partner of Uzoma Diversidade, Educação e Cultura. Member of the Group Mulheres do Brasil, where she leads the Committees of Racial Equality and Combating Violence Against Women, and Board Member at Instituto Adus (which focuses on employability for refugees) and at Instituto Plano de Meninas (which focuses on the empowerment of girls).

Speaker, coach, and mentor on diversity, female leadership, and violence against women matters. She has a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Law, and an MBA in Leadership and Human Potential Development from Universidade MSD.
